Summary
The report will provide requirements for the ITS Observatory and in particular the formats of outputs from the Observatory regarding level of description, assessed impacts, benefits and transferability of examples to another city/region/country.
The deliverable will summarise the outcomes from D2.3 and D2.4 and will provide recommendations for the ITS Observatory specifications and Architecture (D3.1).
