Generic Business cases

D3.4 (Generic business cases) this deliverable consists of generic business cases (templates) which are created using data which is collected when applying the lead city business models on the living labs connected to this project. In addition to the generic cases, a business modelling toolkit will be compiled within this deliverable, including guidelines that enable uptake cities to adapt the generic business cases to local context. The business models designed for a service shall be adaptable to local constraints and conditions in the uptake city. The anticipated structure for the toolkit is that it will include comprehensive instructions for how to: 1) adapt the value proposition to the local situation and context, 2) identify areas with the most potential for an incentive scheme, as well as areas which should be avoided, 3) define key drivers and enablers for success given the context and 4) setup an appropriate process architecture and organisation structure to run the service in the city.
