Report of ex-ante and ex-post assessments of incentive schemes in the EMPOWER cities

A report will be written containing an explanation of the ex-ante and ex-post assessments carried out in task 6.4 and 6.6, along with the results of these assessments and any specific and overall conclusions which can be drawn from these results and the process of completing the assessments.
