Workshop for take-up cities on implementation assistance

As part of task 6.6, EMPOWER's take-up cities will be assisted in completing ex-ante assessments of the their incentive schemes they wish to implement. The main part of this will be a workshop in which attendees will be introduced to the assessment method.
