Techniques and processes for EMPOWER Toolkit,

This Deliverable will build on D2.1; insights from parallel EMPOWER workpackages and tasks 2.2 and 2.3 to identify the techniques and processes that are effective in reducing CFV use and can be included in the EMPOWER toolkit. This Deliverable will detail the design of the techniques and processes to contribute to the EMPOWER toolkit. The toolkit techniques and processes may include recommendations on CFV reduction implementations as well as checklists for avoiding negative impacts on gender and other vulnerable groups. An additional element of that toolkit is a characterisation of skillsets for industry, policy makers and employers to implement and design social innovation based policy interventions.
