Functional and technical specification for the OptiYard simulation environment

This deliverable comprises three parts. The first part will address the functional specification, setting out all relevant processes required for yard simulation. The second part will set out the formalised technical specification for implementation of simulation in the specified simulation environment, whilst the final part will specify the processes and systems for data management during simulation.
