Recommendations for improved traffic management, improved information and communication channels across parties involved

This deliverable will secure that the bridge between the current state of play and new development concepts has been triggered. Specifically, it will provide an understanding and draft recommendations of how we can go beyond the current operation patterns for rail freight yard and for network management when the focus on those time-dependent activities and the importance of efficient data and information management mechanism in place. These recommendations will be further exploited in WP3, WP4 and WP5.
