Definition of a suitable simulation environment

This deliverable will set out findings from Task 3.1 to order to specify the requirements for a generally applicable simulation environment. It will develop an understanding of both the physical characteristics of marshalling yards and the data required for their management, and then assess the development needs for the VILLON simulation environment to be addressed in subsequent WPs.
