ELIPTIC User Forum Methodology and Report

This document aims at defining and describing the set of practices, rules, procedures and working methods for the set-up, organisation and activities of the ELIPTIC User Forum. It will also report on the creation and activities of the ELIPTIC User Forum composed of public transport operators and public transport authorities [Month 36]
