Architecture and algorithms implementation

This deliverable is composed of a report and of a software component. The report describes the algorithms that allow the online & time dependent calculation of the best transport option between origin and destination based on the integrated availability of public and private (car-pooling) transport options. The DEL also provides a software component where the implementation of the routing algorithms are made available to T 4.4.
