Description of the plugin infrastructure for building community extensions to the core delivery system

The deliverable is a prototype of the EUNADICS-AV Web Portal, including documented software, computer systems and available storage for the data products during the project. It will have a flexible plugin infrastructure to accommodate the community extensions from various sub-Tasks.
