Scenario definition and design document

In this Report, a set of scenarios is defined and described. This set is subsequently utilized for the simulation and exercises to be carried out. All scenarios are relevant for sustained military operational air traffic in order to monitor the air and ground situation and for the implementation of military Airspace Control Means for inevitable GVT flights into the contaminated area.
