a_b_c_d_e - Internal reports, month 30 (End of Task 4.3), 5 monographs of some 40p. each. Dissemination level: PU These reports will present the main findings from Task 4.3 on a case-by-case basis. For each Stage 3 city, it will explain the Shift from Stage 1 to Stage 3 by identifying up to 3 independent variables and highlighting the causal chain and mechanisms that characterized this process.
