Release for AREL milestone of the specifications document and a Proof-of-Concept implementation of additional features of Location, Travel Expert and Event resolvers, delivered as a set of pre-defined semantic discovery, query and aggregation templates used by functional applications to obtain specific resources from the web of transportation data by using Interoperability Framework semantic web technology components.
