State-of-the-art in safety and security research part 2

Annual report that will give a view on the status of research in safety and security, compiling evidence gathered with the project assessments that were conducted in task 2.1, task 3.1 and in workshops in WP4 during the second year. This report will include results from the international benchmarking tasks (task 2.2 and task 3.2).
