D1.3.1. Data Availability and Mapping (M3), Tecnalia Guidance for the data collection by identifying, for each evaluation question, the relevant sources of information. These will be reported with an Evaluation Fiche for each evaluation question, and a Summary Evaluation Matrix, which collects the information of the evaluation fiches and thus provides guidance for the data collection carried-out in WP2. Evaluation fiche presenting the data availability, data gaps and data collection strategy for each indicator.
