Irrigation forecasting package

It is a set of deliverables concerning the “Irrigation forecasting” module of MOSES platform. It includes the implemented algorithms, the SW code and the high-level procedures for the usage of the module. It will be first released at the Alpha version of the system and it will be updated, if necessary, for Beta and Release Candidate versions Delivery date: FARR (M12); PRR (M24); PA (M31)
