Summary of the efforts to twin regions with a strong mining heritage

A report summarising the effort to twin regions with a strong mining heritage (for example Saxony and Cornwall and Lapland). Aim is to twin both mines and the residents of mining regions and ultimately better connect these different groups with complementary and overlapping interests.
