Summary
The report develops a StrengthWeaknessesOpportunitiesThreats SWOT model specifically for analysing SLO actions Three MIREU regions are selected for case studies based on WP41 findings the review of former case studies and in combination with both the WP2 workshops and the WP4 SLO workshops The SWOT model guiding questions and case studies can be utilised by stakeholders of MIREU project to assess their own SLO actions The SLO SWOT model is also fed into WP46 as it is a practical tool and will provide recommendations for useful indicators The results can further support SLO processes at the European level and prospective SLO strategies
