Common methodology for bottleneck analysis

- Significance of the limiting factors is evaluated based on the economic value, improvement of resource efficiency and strategic value that could be attained by removal or reduction of the limiting factors - A two-stage methodology is developed: pre-screening based on expert evaluation and screening based on more thorough analysis of the most significant factors - Methods used in analysis include: desk study summarising existing data, interviews of actors in different parts of value chain, analysis of statistical data and stakeholder workshops (1/ each value chain focusing on expert evaluation of the limiting factors in value chains. - MCA method for prioritisation of the limiting factors.
