Report: the role of the public authority

Environmental Authorities have a crucial role in closing the circular economy. This report describes current EU Legislative Instruments (IPPC Directive, ErP Ecodesign Directive, Waste Frame Directive and more specific ones like WEEE and ELV) and national specific Legislations (e.g. nation waste treatment plans, subsidies, green deals) that will be checked on practical implementation rules that support the Circular Economy.
