Report on current state of the art & understanding of the Circular Economy

This report compiles and analyses the status quo regarding the emergence of circular economy and affiliated strategies and policy making in a European Union context. Importantly it assesses how CE is being implemented at regional level, notably via the RIS3 strategy and Structural Funds. This deliverable is linked to Task 1.1.
