Updated validation and socio-economic impacts report

Updated report on the continuous progress in meeting the requirements of both local stakeholders and the overall Ground Truth 2.0 concept, and on the generated expected and unexpected impacts of the citizen observatories, incl. within case and cross-case analysis (Task T1.6 and Task 1.7).
