This deliverable is related to task 61 This report will include an evaluation of all nontechnical barriers and legal issues for service based business models in the target EU countries including market access conditions legal frameworks for payperuse models liability issues related to multiple life cycles This will be a report based on the review of the stateoftheart scientific publications reports and legal documents This report will be a support to the OEMs to plan their demonstrators in a way that the ptential impacts of the identified barriers have been addressed and minimized
