Action plan to enhance cooperation on international industrial and trade policies on raw materials

The action plan will follow the generic strategy defined in WP 1.4 and WP 2.1, and it will consider the EU industry and trade priorities and goals. The development of this action plan will ensure the exploitation of EU strengths, considering the international context of industry and trade policies. The action plan will include the definition of tasks, milestones, a programme calendar, the resources allocated and the corresponding responsibilities. The action plan will also include key performance indicators and performance targets and control measures for a better identification of industry and trade needs, shortage of skills and related R&I priorities.
