Overall strategic plan for the implementation of the action plans in WP2.2-WP2.5. This will require archive data reprocessing and the analysis of academy-industry innovation value chain, in order to produce a strategic gap analysis (of the EU) at Member State level covering all the relevant factors and indicators identified in the target countries analysed in WP1.
