Assessment of baseline conditions for all demonstration cases

The assessment focuses on organizational conditions (Stakeholder organizations etc.) in for example existing processes and ability to use data, regulatory context and how well the methods and techniques can be implemented in the different cities. It is summarized in a report and carried out through interviews and/or focus groups. This deliverable will then serve as a base for continued work. Output of subtask 4.1.1.
