A study on methods to finance innovation

A study on methods to finance innovation – the study will look at which methods and approaches are used by public organisations to finance service improvement and innovation. This will build on an initial OECD work on a framework for optimising investment and resource allocation for innovation at central government level (to be included in a 2015 OECD report).
