Paper about protection issues and the front/backstage situation in Turkey

D4.2 is a paper that reports on the research carried, as was described under Task 4.1 and 4.2 about protection issues in Turkey. Like in the Greek case, also here, protection issues at and inb the area behind the borders, established hotspot or camps and urban areas are part of the report.
