Terms of Reference for community building and stakeholders consultation

This deliverable describes how community building activities and stakeholder consultation will be carried out. It will include the list and timings of advocacy papers to be produced during the project, will lay out the conditions for participation in the REACH network, the models for collaboration agreements, and the memorandum of understanding with other projects and networks.
