Requirements assessment and delivery of website and mobile app of Interactive HandBook

Report of the assessment of whether the requirements defined at the beginning of the project are successfully covered by SMOOTH platform. In addition, this deliverable will report the delivery of the mobile app and website implement the SMOOTH interactive handbook.
