WP4 Policy report and brief

A policy report and brief will be drafted which will detail what the results of the four country studies and the EU-level study mean for EU policies, specifically the stakeholders the EU should include, the methods which would be most suitable, and the policy issues the EU should focus on in terms of democracy and human rights.
