Summary
The Project Leader will ensure that proper guidelines for quality assurance and risk management are available to
interested parties, and that measures are taken to properly implement them. The other WP managers will use
these guidelines as a benchmark against which to assess the quality of the project deliverables with respect to its
objectives and requirements. An appropriate quality and risk management plan will be issued at the beginning of
the project and will be included in the Project Management Manual. The other WP Managers will report to the
Project Leader. More specifically, activities include the following:
Developing a detailed Quality Control and Risk Management strategy and criteria for each project deliverable;
Overseeing the conformity of all Consortium deliverables with the initial criteria and in accordance with the
work plan of the project;
Ensuring the timely production of technical outputs.
