Internal communications: We will develop and implement multiple systems and processes for ensuring a smooth and open flow of information across and beyond the project. These tools will include:
An easy to use internal system whereby up to date information on project activities is presented. All parties in the project have the ability to access it at any time.
A template for WPs to report on their activities, so that results are available in an easily digestible format that can be used across different communication tools.
