D3.2 Challenge report of second inDemand model iteration

A report will include an analysis of all proposals submitted in the second challenge, including information on market availability for the proposed need, technical and business feasibility, expected costs, duration, technical difficulties, etc.and the final short list of proposals and a recommendation for Management based on the challenge selection criteria.
