D7.3 Final version of Communication Plan

This final report on Communication Activities will contain a review of all communication based initiatives and actions undertaken throughout the project, including the lessons learnt identified. There will also be post project communication activities will be defined focusing on dissemination strategic actions to be undertaken after the projects conclusion, in order to have a follow-up and knowledge spread of projects results.
