ACROSS Governance framework including service design approach - Initial

This deliverable will include a thorough description of the results of co-design and co-creation sessions to define the ACROSS Governance framework. Such a governance framework will explain how a national public service delivery governance framework will relate to an international dimension. This deliverable will be released M12 and reviewed and updated in M35.
