Summary
The D5.1 Communication and dissemination plan will be set up at the beginning of the project (M3) in order to identify and fix the dissemination objectives. It will include the set of actions necessary for its achievement and the deadlines for each of them. It will represent a guideline to define the specific target audience, as well as the tools and materials to be developed during the life of the project. The impact that the communication activities have played in the general public’s knowledge of the project and its working spaces will be assessed through analysis of criteria established in the dissemination plan on quantitative and qualitative basis (such as an approximate number of the website visitors, the persons contacted and informed about the project initiative and any positive feedback collected, the impact had on the media). These preliminary results will be taken into consideration also for eventual corrections and adaptation of the plan set-up at the beginning of the project.
