Strategy for on-site demonstrations

The strategy adopted for the on-site demonstrations is presented before most events take place. It will deal with the activities to plan, how the practical applications will be shown to the visitors, dates, groups, staff in charge, advertisement, expenses, etc. Initial contacts will be made before as part of T7.1
