Summary
Pack employed as a brand to identify the project, based on the aims, which will create recognizable presence for the consortium to external stakeholders. This pack will be created and maintained by the consortium. It will include: a logo, website, 2 videos, semi-annual e-newsletter, 15.000 brochures (electronic and hard copies), 5 banners flyers, technical notes, 3 posters, presentation slides, 4000 project folders and presence on social media sites and events. Whereas the greatest number of project products will be in digital format and available in the project website, a limited edition of documents will be also produced in hard copy (maximum 100 copies x product). The material within this pack will be designed, branded, tailored to a specific audience and will include consistent key messages. The communication pack will be used in all external communication concerning the project, to ensure a professional and coherent visual identification and immediate recognition of the project related activities, which will increase the 5TOI_4EWAS visibility and its public awareness. The 5TOI_4EWAS leaflet will be created in order to rationalise information about the project containing key objectives, expected impact and results, partnership and useful links. 5TOI_4EWAS e-newsletters will be regularly distributed to help build a community of interested parties.
