Mid-Term Impact Review

Document addressed to review the Process Evaluation concerning the collation of data and feedback from all consortium members, researchers and policy makers in the target countries as well as relevant staff in the Commission. This data will be collected via an electronic survey and a small number of qualitative interviews.
