State of the art in policy frameworks. A structured and systematic literature review explores the state of the art when it comes to the role of policy, regulatory and fiscal framework conditions for the generation (supply) and in particular the adoption and use (demand) of intangible assets (ICT, R&D competences, organisational practices).
