Ethics audit

Work Package leaders are responsible for collecting documentation from their researchers that they agree to follow the Ethical guidelines as outlined in the DOA and will follow the procedures for data collection and storage. And to include the following three documents: 1. Informed consent forms, which names the grant and the purpose of the research. 2. affirmation of protection and privacy, including data storage 3. Copies of ethical approvals for the collection of personal data by the competent University Data Protection Officer / National Data Protection authority must be submitted to the REA.
