The EPC will carry out an encompassing analysis of the features and implications of the Brexit process and output This will entail an assessment of the arrangements between the EU and the UK in terms of their normative consistency with EU principles governance efficiency and democratic legitimacy In particular the implications of these arrangements for the EU Member States and for other forms of partnership between the EU and nonMember States will be addressed
