Sustainability scorecard including guidance for RECs

Summary
The deliverable provides a selfassessment tool for new and existing RECs The sustainability scorecard enables RECs to assess the environmental economic and social implications of their activity in relation to concerned shareholders and the members of the local community The development of the scorecard will take into account relevant corporate sustainability reporting initiatives like eg Common Good Balance Sheets which have been already applied in practice by community wind farms in Germany The scorecard will be accompanied by practical guidance addressing RECs on how to use the tool
