Report on challenges limiting the participation of talented newcomers in NMP projects

Report based upon a survey of talented newcomers identified in WP1 as well as with experts responsible for regional and national RI policy The respondents will not only be asked about the barriers they face regarding participation in NMP projects but also their experience andor suggestions for best practices to improve the situation The survey results will be analysed on regional national and EU levels in order to help formulate tailored as well as general recommendations for best practices and policy measures to enhance participation in NMP projects
