Challenges and opportunities for trans-continental collaboration

This document will report the needs preferences barriers and opportunities for collaboration between DIHs and synthesise them into a report highlighting mutual benefits for both continents This document will be updated at the end of the project incorporating evaluation results and lessons learned during implementation culminating into a Blueprint for Transcontinental collaboration
