Final report dissemination activities capacity building web maintenance Communication and dissemination materialsTogether with the website the project brochures will be one of the main promotional materialsThe idea of the brochures is to provide interested stakeholders and key actors with a snap short of the project facilitating a fast understanding of the project During the lifetime of the project two brochures are foreseen One in M9 to inform about the projects objectives partners contact information further information channels and results and a special promotion to prepare for the PCP call and the second one towards the end of the project M62 presenting the project outcomes and aiming to be used beyond the project duration with a clear exploitation focusThe digital format will be made available at the project website for download as well The brochures will be accompanied with leaflets when suitable during the project These leaflets can be developed about specific aspects or activities of the project for special occasions or in a particular European language for instance project and nonproject events with content tailored to a target group categoryLeaflets are relevant to the dissemination activities as they can address general project issues replacing the project brochures in some occasions eg dissemination to a larger audience since leaflets will be printable inhouse and will allow a fast replication They will also be editable and printable by any project partnerDifferent poster or rollup will be also produced for internal and external events according to the target audience of events and the need within the project phases For the market consultation phase a supplier poster was produced and sent to all partners as well as to conference organisers in order to include it in the conference material for participantsCapacity building training and coaching activitiesThe task is aimed to enable stakeholder community knowledgeable about innovative procurement and determine the public procurer more confident in undertaking PCPPPI initiatives to support procurers and stakeholders in their practical understanding of the phases rational and drivers of PCP implementation to stimulate networking and create synergies and strengthen the relations between public procurers with view of transnational cooperative PPI potentially resulting from Stars PCP to help practitioners to establish and foster a sectorial PCP PPI adoption in regional public policy priorities and an alignment of public procurements needs with policy objectives and with RDI support programs The capacity building sessions will be held in some partner region and will have a common structure but can also address specific needs and interests of the regional stakeholder and attendees and also will benefit of the ongoing knowledge buildingProject results dissemination and exploitationThe consortium will take every opportunity to disseminate the projects results and activities in all dissemination channels they find suitable With the support of the project website and communication materials the partners The dissemination strategy T51 will be the projects roadmap for all dissemination activities It will be developed by WP leader with feedback from all partners As part of it a contact database will be set up covering organisations that could benefit either from the PCP experience in the project or from the solutions developed by STARS
