Quick reference manual for partners to consult management procedures. It will summarise in understandable language the key provisions in the Consortium Agreement and the Grant Agreement. It will also explain the Consortium organisational structure, decision-making procedures, the deliverables review procedure, roles and responsibilities, internal communication policy and quality control and risk management procedures. The deliverable will be updated as needed.
