Description: Report in English documenting a review of innovative food loss and waste valorisation opportunititesContent: The report will present a framework based on the food waste hierachy on how to avoide rebound effect from future FL and FW valorisation sytems. The report will present sustainability criteria for selection of 1) inedible and/or unavoidable FL and FW as feedstock for valorisation and 2) green technologies for cascade utilisation aiming at zero waste and climate change mitigating solutions (e.g. from the return of high quality biofertilizers to agricultural soils.Targets:Agri-food stakeholders, business, consumers, policy makers.Tasks involved: T1.1, T1.2Relation to other deliverables: D1.1, D2.2, D4.3
